Our call center generates thousands of final expense leads every week. Our leads are developed by highly trained telemarketers. We call into your requested areas looking for people who would be interested in receiving a free quote on a new burial life insurance policy. Once we find someone who is somewhat interested we begin recording the call and we ask a series of 8 questions and follow up with a confirmation statement that the prospect is in fact wanting a call back from you the licensed insurance agent to provide a free quote on burial life insurance. Our lead is only considered a lead if the prospect has a checking or savings account, this will keep you from wasting your time with the people who dont have an account. We target people aged 40-85 with income levels between 15k and 60k.

About our Leads and How to receive them for free
We pride our selves on the fact that 100% of our leads are generated in house. We use no affiliates, and have no third party vendors. We make sure the leads we provide are of the highest quality lead an agent can get. We do this because our income is based on you selling insurance, not you paying for leads. At any given time we lease upwards of 75,000 telephone lines to generate leads for agents across the country. All of our leads are always 100% exclusive to just one agent. Voicemail Leads
These leads are our most popular leads, and have consistently returned the best return on an agents investment. Our proprietary dialer canvass calls an area with a pre recorded message about final expense and the different uses for it, at the end of the message the prospect is instructed to press “1” to receive more information or “2” to be taken off our exclusive calling list. Once the prospect presses “1” they are transferred to another recording that goes into greater detail on as to exactly how final expense works. After the second recording, and if the prospect is still interested, they are then instructed to leave a voicemail with their name, address, age, phone number, and best time to call. Only people who leave this vital information are considered a lead!
These leads are produced minutes before an agent expects them in their email box or our CRM database. For example: After an agent makes a purchase, and has been assigned to an account representative, the account rep and the agent will decide on a time and date as to when the batch of leads should be delivered to the agent. The account representative will coordinate the campaign to ensure the leads are delivered to the agent around the target time. Once the leads are delivered, if the agent begins calling immediately, he can expect to talk to people who left voicemails minutes ago.
Telemarketed Leads
Telemarketed leads are generated by a live telemarketer cold calling into an area that you assign for the campaign. They generate interest in Final Expense to the prospects. Once they have a prospect interested, they then start recording the conversation. At the start of the recording they ask a series of questions regarding health, checking account verification, face amount requested, beneficiary info, age, etc. At the end of the qualifying questions the telemarketer then tells the prospect that the licensed underwriter or agent will contact them to provide the requested information. Once they agree to be contacted the call is ended and immediately entered into our CRM. By the end of the day, after our quality control manager reviews the recording for accuracy, you will receive the recording attached to the lead in the CRM.
Other Leads
We may also at times pick up from the carriers or third party sources direct mail lead programs. These programs are considered separate and not part of any of our lead programs. Ask your Broker Relations Manager for details.
